[Name] Shaolin Fong. [Age] 22. [DOB] February 11th. [Gender] Female.
[Hair Color] Black. [Eye Color] Blue. [Height] 4'11". [Weight] 83.8 lbs. [Description] Tiny and thin with an oriental flair, however intimidating. Strong in both authoritative and physical senses.
[Majors] Spells, Magical Theory, Duel Training, Magical Laws and Ethics, Potions, Herbology. [House & Dorm] House of Doves, Room 3C. [Occupation] Soi Fong is the Co-discipline Master at BFMI. She is no less strict than however Byakuya may be, nor does she take it any less seriously. She can quickly determine her tactic for an individual, be it physical punishment or verbal-- an impossible challenge or humiliation. Her basic rule of thumb is that she is always right, and even when she is wrong, she is right.
As a teacher in the art of spells, she is just as strict and carries high expectations for her students in the end. She can recognize a student's strengths and weaknesses, and will work on their weakness individually if they show their devotion. Her tolerance is moderate, but she will also not raise her voice. Anyone who chooses to go against her will regret it. At the same time, she also recognizes that she is their leader in some terms, and she knows how to take responsibility if the grade average is not up to par. Being a young teacher, she still sometimes experiments with her classes, but there is one formula that she will always stick to:
Soi Fong divides her class into two semesters, the first one being solely devoted to defensive arts with few and basic offensive, and the second one devoted to offensive arts with few extra defensive. Her theory on spells (or any kind of combat, really) is that a poor defense means a weak fighter, and in the world they are in now, there is no room for weakness. She hands out many tests throughout the year on both performance and knowledge. Paper tests are essay and multiple choice.
Spells consist of magic-casting through incantation, hand seals or movement of the conductor, and sometimes body movement. Soi Fong teaches the techniques used to cast spells and requires that her students memorize every incantation before they graduate her class.
[Enjoys] Sparring. Aroma therapy. [Likes] Hornets. Black cats. Honey. Cleanliness. [Dislikes] Back-stabbing bitches. [Fears] Betrayal. [Personality] Collected and contained. If there is anything that Soi Fong keeps in mind throughout her days, it is good and ethical behavior; she abhors all things obnoxious and has low tolerance for breaking the rules. She is short and skinny with an oriental look, but she is surprisingly lethal when rubbed the wrong way.
Her sense of loyalty towards her work, colleagues, and even students sometimes seems as if it cannot be matched, no matter how well-disguised her devotions may be. Though she takes responsibility and looks out for others, she is not wishy-washy, and above all she has an air about her that makes her a natural-born leader. She otherwise carries high expectations of those around her, and should anybody interfere with her own agenda, she will make sure that they are out of the way.
Soi Fong has a mild obsession with Yoruichi and black cats, even if she pretends she doesn't. She also has a tendency to be a neat-freak and requires her students to dust their desks and pick up around them before exiting her room.

[Name] Suzume.
[Conductor] Soi Fong's Basic conductor is a tantou that is tucked in by a rope tied at her back. The sheathe is a simple black color that contrasts the golden leather of the hilt. The steal itself is black, as is the shaft, however the blade itself is a reflecting silver color. A small golden chain can be seen linked at two points of the hilt-- at the top and bottom edges.
In its Risen stage, the tantou takes on a completely different form as it curls around her wrist into a golden and black base that supports a single golden finger piece for her middle finger. The length of the piece alone, from her knuckle to the pointed tip, is about nine inches. A small chain still links from the finger piece to the base at her wrist, and considering that she is right-handed, the conductor resides on her right hand. While it can be used to strike, Soi Fong often uses it to transfer poisonous energy upon contact, making the symbol of a butterfly where contact has been made (and thus centering the point of poison). The poison works at will, and can only be canceled through death or her willing. Much like her power in canon Bleach, if not exactly.
In its Divine stage, the piece will transform into a crescent blade, once again black in color of the shaft, however the blade itself is gold. This is attached to the same wrist, using an almost identical base as used for the Risen stage. The blade is three times the length as the finger piece in the Risen form, giving her more range (though it is pure offense; no poisonous mark will be made upon contact). Instead it is the base that plays the lethal role as it leaks a poisonous realm that spans a quarter-mile radius. On the flip side, she is affected by the poison as well and can only hold the form for seven minutes, until she must cancel the stage and consume antidote. The Divine stage is still undergoing perfecting.
She has no name for her conductor. To reach both the Risen and Divine stages, she alters the chain a certain way.
[Magical companion] Suzume is a small fox demon, which on all fours only reaches the middle of her shins while the three tails extend to her knees. She is black in color; the eyes, paws, whiskers, and the tips of her three tails are white. Being lightweight and silky, she tends to hike herself up on Soi Fong's back even without her realizing (so long as her claws don't scratch into her skin), and occasionally she will take a seat on her head. Very thin and tiny like her master, and they are both loyal to each other in peculiar ways, to the point of sometimes being violently protective. Soi Fong has a tendency to side with her companion over anyone else, no matter what the claim (which has not gone unnoticed by Suzume, who will at times take advantage of that). Suzume is always wary of others upon first meeting, and when she is alone she will wander about, doing just about anything that she can get away with, and has the protection of Soi Fong's defense if she does happen to get into trouble. Her elements are lightning and ice.
